Facilities are allowing essential services to assist with RESIDENTS' care needs *** please contact DOC of the facility Outside of the CITY OF OTTAWA FACILITIES if you are requesting the nurse to provide care in facility, this will enable you to get the most recent update on that specific facility's policies as they may not be the same as the CITY OF OTTAWA's current policies.

If you require a in-home foot care appointment, please call the clinic at 613-823-3668. We will do our very best to book a timely visit as urgent visits will be booked in home according to our essential needs criteria.

Please answer and sign the Covid-19 questionnaire to help save time via the online link. The link will be on your confirmation email prior to your appointment.

IF YOU ARE MOBILE - please consider booking an in clinic appointment, thereby decreasing the wait times for patients with limited mobility and/or memory care deficits. Working together will assist our vulnerable sector be seen in a timely manor.
